Service Description
Record your group live or multitracked in our acoustically treated tracking room, ideal for jazz, rock, R&B, funk, gospel, and more. Includes: Tracking engineer, live room, headphone mixes, acess to full mic locker, and all instruments upon request.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due at the end of the scheduled session. A session is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit reserves your scheduled studio time and compensates TruMix Audio for holding that time exclusively for your session. If you cancel your session for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, TruMix Audio may allow you to reschedule your session using the existing deposit, subject to studio availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of TruMix Audio. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to schedule another session. If TruMix Audio must cancel a session, the client may choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the deposit paid for that affected session.
